Location: Brampton , Canada
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to officers and executives.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging venues, catering, and equipment.
- Maintain office filing systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting as necessary.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and progress.
- Order and maintain office supplies, and manage office equipment.
- Conduct research and compile data as requested.
- Support with special projects and events as required.
- Uphold professional standards and represent the organization with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Legal knowledge or experience may be an asset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages may be advantageous.
Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
